I have a wide variety of skills, and can cover most of London, and possibly further afield by arrangement. If you have work you need doing, please contact me- if I’m unable to do the work, I may be able to offer advice, or recommend someone who can. Please note that I cannot undertake gas work.

I work on domestic and commercial properties.

I charge £35ph for the first two hours, then £30ph for subsequent hours, plus the cost of materials where they are needed. I charge for all time spent on site, and also any time off site spent planning, designing, or ordering materials, though many smaller jobs don’t require this. Minimum job cost is one hour. If you’re a long way away I may have to charge extra for the cost of travel, but I’ll agree this with you before taking on the job.

Carpentry

General woodwork and light building, done on site. Examples include:

• Hanging doors

• Shelving and storage

• Laying floors

• Trim work (architrave, skirting etc)

• Decking

• Partition walls

• Changing locks

Fabrication

Products and parts made from steel and other materials, built in my workshop, delivered to you, and installed if necessary. Examples include:

• Custom brackets 

• Shelving

• Handrails

• Garden or security gates

• Furniture

General Handywork and Property Maintenance

• General repairs

• Hanging curtains and blinds

• Putting up shelves and pictures

• Freeing stuck doors

• Flatpack assembly

• Basic plumbing
